The high-specification build enables year-round play across Virginia's variable weather. Access is integrated into the resort's Sports Club ecosystem alongside 22 tennis courts (10 outdoor clay, 12 indoor) and 6 outdoor pickleball courts. The padel courts sit within the Sports Club complex, steps from the tennis facility, with resort dining, spa, and pool access available to guests and members. Note: the Sports Club is a members-only facility; resort guests have access during their stay.
